Recipes: Honey Pecan Granola
This nutty, lightly sweetened granola is as healthy as it is delicious. The rolled oats provide ample fiber, while the pecans lend a punch of protein and the honey adds a touch of natural sweetness.
Serve it with milk for breakfast, crumble it over yogurt with fresh fruit for a healthy snack, or sprinkle it over frozen yogurt or ice cream for dessert.

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 cup honey

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Place the oats and pecans in a large mixing bowl and add the cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Drizzle the honey-butter mixture over the oat mixture, scraping all the liquid from the bowl with a spatula. Toss the mixture thoroughly to ensure the liquid coats the dry ingredients evenly.
